The member must provide accurate, complete, and valid information at the time of registration. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of the membership.
The member must meet the applicable legal age and eligibility requirements for registration. MONEX REALTY may request KYC or identity documents whenever required.
The mobile number and email address provided during registration may be used for account verification, service updates, transaction-related communication, and other necessary notifications.
The member is responsible for keeping their login ID, password, OTP, and account information confidential. The member should not share account credentials with any third party.
A member should not create multiple, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts. MONEX REALTY may suspend or terminate duplicate or fraudulent accounts, subject to applicable law.
Membership may provide access to property listings, services, offers, referral facilities, and other features offered by MONEX REALTY. Registration does not guarantee any property transaction, commission, income, profit, or specific benefit.
Property information displayed on the platform may be provided by owners, developers, builders, dealers, service providers, or other authorised sources. Members should independently verify relevant property details and documents before entering into any transaction.
Membership shall not be considered an investment and does not guarantee any fixed income, return, commission, profit, or financial benefit.
If a member registers as a Channel Partner, referral benefits, commissions, network performance benefits, and transaction-related payments shall be governed by the separate Channel Partner Terms & Conditions and applicable policies.
No member or Channel Partner is authorised to collect property-related payments from customers into their personal bank account, UPI, QR code, wallet, or cash without written authorisation from MONEX REALTY.
This includes booking amounts, token money, advances, property payments, service payments, or any other customer funds.

MONEX REALTY may suspend or terminate a membership in cases involving fraud, false information, misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, or violation of applicable laws, subject to applicable law.
Personal information provided during registration may be collected, stored, processed, and used in accordance with the MONEX REALTY Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Members may receive account-related notifications, service updates, property information, transaction updates, and other necessary communications. Promotional communications may also be sent where permitted by applicable law.
Certain properties, products, or services available through the platform may be provided by third-party owners, developers, dealers, vendors, or service providers. Additional terms of the relevant third party may apply.
The final price, documents, payment terms, transaction conditions, and other details of a property or service transaction shall be agreed upon by the relevant parties. Members should verify all necessary information and documents before completing a transaction.
MONEX REALTY may update or modify its services, features, policies, and Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms may be published on the website or application.
These Terms & Conditions and the membership relationship shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of India.
